The Mark Miller antique and vintage snowshoes collection comes from North America. These amazing handcrafted snowshoes were made from seasoned ash, oak or maple wood ~ hand woven with rawhide and still have their original leather bindings.
We currently carry a premier selection of North American Indian handcrafted snowshoes made from ash wood with intricate rawhide webbing for adults, plus a collection of precious children's Indian handcrafted snowshoes made with the same care and detail for the little feet.
Our antique collection also features authentic World War II Mountain Division Bear Paw snowshoes, made to strict government standards. Our Bear Paw snowshoes come with a brass plaque certificate of authenticity.
Styles vary from Alaskan style to Bear Paw to Trail Snowshoes. You can view the differences in shape, and why certain snowshoes were used for various uses under the individual descriptions.
